    Revathi Advaithi is an Indian-born corporate executive in the United States. She is the CEO of Flex (previously Flextronics) and a strong supporter of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and the workplace.

    Advaithi was born in India on october 18, 1967. Revathi Advaithi earned a mechanical engineering degree in 1986 from the Birla Institute of Technology Pilani in Rajasthan, India. Revathi earned her MBA from Thunde Globe of Management in the United States in 2003. Revathi began her job as a factory floor supervisor in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

    Late A.N.N Swamy was Revathi Advaithi’s father’s name. He worked as a chemist. Her mother’s name is Visalam Swamy, and she is a housewife. Revathi’s family lived in Bihar, Gujarat, and Assam before settling in Chennai. Revathi Advaithi is the youngest of four sisters. Revathi’s father died while she was a child. There was no source of income after her father died, so Revathi’s mothers raised all five girls and provided a good education for them.

    Jeevan Mulgund is Revathi Advaithi’s husband’s name. He is Honeywell International’s Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain Strategy. Revathi and Jeevan first met in Hutchinson, Kansas, in the United States. In 1998, they married. Revathi and Jeevan have two children: a son, Pranav who is 16 years old, and a daughter, Lakshmi.

    Lakshmi Mulgund, Revathi’s daughter, works as a social media and co-sports editor for Talon yearbook.

    Revathi and her daughter spend the most of their time together watching television.

    Revathi Advaithi began her work in Shawnee, Oklahoma, as a shop floor supervisor on a factory floor. Revathi Advaithi joined Eaton, an English management business, as Plant Manager in 1995. Furthermore, she held a variety of positions there.

    Revathi joined Honeywell International in 2002 and stayed for nearly 6 years. In the year 2002, she began working as a director in Global Sourcing. She was elevated to General Manager of Automation Control in 2006.

    Revathi Advaithi joined Eaton, a power management business, in 2008 as a general manager. In July 2009, she was appointed President of Asia Pacific, Electrical Sector, Shangai, China, and in August 2012, she was appointed President of the American Regions, Electrical Sector. In September 2015, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Eaton’s Electrical Sector.

    Revathi Advaithi was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors in Flex in 2019 due to her remarkable leadership qualities. Revathi’s role at Flex was to design the company’s strategic direction and to guide the organization into the new manufacturing age.

    From January 2018 to July 2020, Revathi Advaithi served as a non-executive director on the BAE Systems board.

    Aside from that, Revathi Advaithi joined Uber’s independent board of directors in July 2020.

    She is a Catalyst board member and became the MIT presidential CEO of the advisory board in October 2020.

    Revathi Advaithi was named one of the 50 most powerful businesswomen in the United States in 2019 and 2020.

    Facts –

    According to Revathi Advaithi, she was the only girl in her college group who pursued a career in mechanical engineering.

    After eight months as Chief Executive Officer, Revathi was listed as the 33rd most powerful person in Fortune Magazine.

    Revathi handled Eaton’s largest business in 2008, delivering more than $13 billion in revenues.

    Revathi is one of the few Indian-American women to lead a Fortune 500 corporation on a worldwide scale.

    Revathi Advaith is quite active on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

    Advaithi’s rise to the top of the corporate ladder demonstrates her remarkable leadership abilities, business acumen, and commitment to excellence. Her remarkable story serves as a reminder that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, may achieve their dreams with hard work and persistence.
