CEO VINE covers India’s startup, business and leadership ecosystem. Readers rely on us for funding news, financial results and founder stories, so we hold our reporting to clear standards. This page explains how we choose stories, check facts, correct mistakes and separate news from sponsored content.
Accuracy and Fact-Checking
Before a story is published, our editorial team checks names, figures, dates and quotes against reliable sources. For funding rounds and financial results we rely on primary sources wherever possible, such as company announcements, regulatory and stock exchange filings, investor statements and interviews.
When a figure cannot be confirmed, we say where it comes from or leave it out. We do not publish rumours as facts.
Sources and Attribution
We name our sources wherever we can and link to original documents and reports. When we use information first reported by another publication, we credit that publication.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Minor errors such as spelling are corrected directly. Errors of fact, including incorrect figures, names or dates, are corrected in the article, and the article’s updated date changes to show it has been revised.

Editorial Independence
Decisions about which stories we cover, and how we cover them, are made by our editorial team. Companies and founders we write about do not approve our news coverage before it is published.
