ONYA Raises ₹12.5 Crore in Pre-Series A Funding Led by Divisa Family Office

Bengaluru-based lab-grown diamond jewellery brand ONYA has raised ₹12.5 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Divisa Family Office, with existing investor Zeropearl VC also participating.

The latest round follows ONYA’s ₹5.5 crore pre-seed funding raised in November 2025. That round was led by Zeropearl VC and included angel investors such as MyGate founders Vijay Arishetty, Abhishek Kumar, Shreyans Daga and Rohit Jindal, along with UrbanVault founder Amal Mishra and other investors.

Founded in 2024 by Himani Yadav and Gaurav Choudhary, ONYA is building a design-led lab-grown diamond jewellery brand focused on contemporary and personalised jewellery. The company offers IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds set in BIS-hallmarked gold.

ONYA said the latest capital will be used to expand its retail footprint, strengthen its online presence and personalisation capabilities, and invest in research and development across jewellery design and manufacturing. The company plans to initially focus its physical expansion on Pune and Hyderabad, using a combination of company-owned and franchise stores.

The brand has expanded to eight flagship stores across Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad within 20 months of starting operations, according to the company. Its current store locator lists outlets in Bengaluru’s Jayanagar, HSR Layout, Sarjapur, Indiranagar, Whitefield and Neeladri areas, along with stores in Pune and Hyderabad.

ONYA’s product portfolio includes its ONYA Signature Collection, which the company says is inspired by Neoclassical architecture. The collection uses the brand’s patented ONYA Setting, an in-house collet design that ONYA says is engineered to improve light performance and diamond brilliance. These design and performance claims are made by the company.

The brand positions lab-grown diamonds as a lower-cost alternative to comparable natural-diamond jewellery. ONYA says its products can cost around 20% of comparable natural-diamond jewellery. Its current customer proposition also includes 100% lifetime exchange and an 80% lifetime buyback, according to the company’s website.

ONYA said it has now reached approximately ₹3.5 crore in monthly recurring revenue. The figure is company-reported. This represents an increase from the ₹2 crore monthly revenue run rate the company reported in November 2025, when it had expanded to four profitable high-street stores in Bengaluru.
