MyRx Raises Undisclosed Seed Funding Led by SteerX VC

Healthcare technology company MyRx has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed round led by SteerX Ventures, as it looks to expand its doctor network and technology infrastructure for high-volume digital healthcare delivery.

MyRx operates through Platinoid Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Hyderabad-based company founded by Sourav Das, Surjit Das and Neel Rath. Public company profiles identify Sourav Das as founder and CEO, Neel Rath as co-founder and CTO, and Surjit Das as co-founder and COO.

The company provides Teleconsultation-as-a-Service (TaaS) to businesses including e-pharmacies, digital-health companies, insurers and other healthcare platforms. Its technology layer combines access to doctors with teleconsultation workflows, electronic prescriptions, electronic medical records and prescription-related services. MyRx also operates 1Rx, an API-oriented teleconsultation platform designed to connect doctors, pharmacies, patients and healthcare businesses.

1Rx says it has integrations with platforms including Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, Wellness Forever and PillPlus, enabling users to consult doctors, receive digital prescriptions and connect consultations with medicine-delivery services.

MyRx’s platform also covers practice-management and prescription-management products for doctors and healthcare businesses. Its current technology offering includes EMR, e-prescription, CRM, teleconsultation and patient-engagement capabilities.

The company has reported rapid growth in consultation volumes. Earlier operating figures cited by MyRx included about 35,000 teleconsultations a day, with the company reporting approximately 15% month-on-month growth. It also reported a 95th-percentile first-doctor-call response time of around 30 seconds and a total workflow turnaround time of 179 seconds. These metrics are company-reported.

More recently, founder and CEO Sourav Das said MyRx had completed 85 lakh teleconsultations and was handling more than 10 lakh consultations a month. He also reported 3,600+ doctors onboarded, including more than 1,000 active doctors, with average doctor connection time below 10 seconds. Das said the platform provides 24×7 access across specialties and super-specialties.

The latest funding is expected to support the expansion of MyRx’s clinical network and technology infrastructure, including the systems needed to handle high-volume consultations and enterprise integrations. The company has also been focusing on clinical processes, prescription validation and compliance as it scales its teleconsultation operations.

MyRx’s technology development also extends beyond teleconsultation. A 2025 Indian Copyright Office record lists a software work titled “MyRx Integrated Health Care Framework”, covering EMR, medical CRM, doctor marketing and branding, and Teleconsultation-as-a-Service, with Sourav Das, Neel Rath and Surjit Das listed as authors.

The company has received recognition from the healthcare technology ecosystem. At Telemedicon 2025, MyRx received the SteerX Public Choice Startup of the Year Award, after participating in the startup pitch programme organised with SteerX Ventures. MyRx was also recognised as a Most Promising Startup of 2025 at CNBC-TV18’s HealthX Elevate in October 2025, according to Das.
