AI-powered wealth management startup CREST has raised $3.1 million in a pre-seed funding round to build a technology-led fractional family office platform.
The round was backed by BEENEXT, Sparrow, Shastra VC, DeVC, Warmup Ventures, Atrium Ventures, and 91ventures, along with angel investors including Amit Ranjan, Chirag Taneja, Revant Bhate, Shantanu Deshpande, and Kashish Sharma.
The company plans to deploy the fresh capital towards strengthening its technology infrastructure, expanding its family office and investment advisory teams, enhancing compliance capabilities, and scaling its asset management offerings.
Founded by Girish Singhi and Zuhaib Khan, CREST is building an AI-native wealth management platform focused on providing fractional family office services to founders, affluent families, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), emerging ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), and institutions.
The startup aims to simplify wealth management by combining technology-driven insights with advisory expertise to help clients manage, preserve, and grow their wealth over the long term.
CREST’s platform integrates family office services, investment advisory, asset management solutions, and technology tools to provide a consolidated approach to wealth management. Its offerings include portfolio allocation, investment monitoring, consolidated wealth reporting, tax-efficient planning, succession and estate planning, governance advisory, philanthropic strategies, and access to traditional as well as alternative investment opportunities.
