UniqYou Raises ₹15.8 Crore Seed Round Led by Arkam Ventures and Antler
The company plans to use the fresh capital primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Bengaluru-based D2C fashion startup UniqYou has raised ₹15.8 crore (about $1.7 million) in a seed funding round led by Arkam Ventures and Antler, with participation from a group of angel investors.
The round values UniqYou at approximately ₹64 crore post-money, based on estimates from regulatory filings. The company plans to use the fresh capital primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Founded in 2026 by Sneha Priya Reddy and Nishanth Jois, UniqYou is building a technology-led women’s fashion platform that uses AI to identify emerging fashion trends and curate relevant products and recommendations for consumers. The company is positioning its model around identifying what shoppers are likely to want as trends emerge, rather than relying entirely on conventional fashion forecasting cycles.
According to regulatory filings, UniqYou’s board approved the issuance of 37,487 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at ₹4,215 per share. Arkam Ventures invested ₹9.3 crore, making it the largest investor in the round, while Antler invested ₹4.96 crore. Angel investor Ankit Garg contributed ₹1 crore.
The round also includes investors from India’s consumer and technology ecosystem. Participants include Tracxn co-founder Abhishek Goyal, Wakefit co-founder Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Myntra co-founder Raveen Sastry and former Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha.
Following the allotment, Arkam Ventures will hold a 14.93% stake in UniqYou, while Antler will hold 7.96%. Abhishek Goyal and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda will hold 1.59% and 0.24%, respectively.
UniqYou’s approach is built around using AI and consumer-demand signals as inputs into fashion merchandising. For the startup, the objective is to identify emerging trends and translate them into products and personalised recommendations while reducing the lag between a trend emerging and products reaching consumers.
The company is still at an early stage, and the latest funding will now give it capital to build out its operations and product platform. The larger challenge will be translating its AI-led trend discovery model into actual consumer demand while managing inventory and the economics of a D2C fashion business.
