TRUE ARTIS Raises ₹11.4 Cr in Seed Funding Led by Zeropearl VC
The funding support TRUE ARTIS's next stage of expansion across physical surgical centres, specialist networks and technology-led patient care.
Delhi NCR-based aesthetic surgery platform TRUE ARTIS has raised ₹11.4 crore in a seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC, with participation from Eleven, the diversified business group of Medanta co-founder Sunil Sachdeva, along with a group of angel investors and healthcare operators.
The round included participation from Arjun Vaidya of V3 Ventures, Cloud Physician co-founder Dhruv Joshi, Basis Vectors Capital founder Ambarish Gupta and Vivek Lohcheb, Chief Business Officer at PhonePe. Former senior executives from Airtel and OYO also participated.
TRUE ARTIS plans to use the fresh capital to expand its presence across Delhi NCR, with plans to open two additional centres over the next six to eight months. The company will also invest in surgical and recovery infrastructure, expand its network of plastic and aesthetic surgeons, and strengthen its technology and patient-care systems.
Founded in 2025 by Ankit Joshi and Sandeep Upadhyay, TRUE ARTIS is building an integrated platform for aesthetic and plastic surgery. Its model combines specialist surgeons with dedicated operating facilities, hospital-grade safety infrastructure, recovery services and technology-enabled patient management.
The company’s services span facial aesthetics, breast procedures, body contouring, hair restoration and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Its technology platform is designed to manage the patient journey from initial enquiry and consultation through surgery and post-procedure recovery.
TRUE ARTIS currently operates two centres in Delhi and Gurugram and works with approximately 20 plastic surgeons across Delhi NCR. The company says it has served more than 10,000 clients and completed over 400 surgeries during the past nine months.

TRUE ARTIS says it has recorded a 98% client satisfaction rate and that its first centre has reached EBITDA break-even. The company has also reported double-digit month-on-month revenue growth. These are company-reported operating metrics.
The startup is positioning its model between large multispecialty hospitals, where aesthetic procedures may represent only one part of a broader healthcare offering, and standalone cosmetic clinics that may have more limited surgical infrastructure. Its approach is centred on combining specialist expertise, dedicated surgical facilities, recovery care and privacy-focused services.
Beyond the Delhi NCR expansion, TRUE ARTIS sees potential demand from international patients and could eventually explore medical tourism for aesthetic surgery in India, according to recent company comments. For now, however, the startup plans to consolidate its presence in Delhi NCR before entering other markets.
