Superleap Raises ₹36 Crore in Pre-Series A Round Led by Peak XV Surge
Superleap has crossed $2 million in ARR just 18 months after pivoting from its consumer metaverse business to an AI-native enterprise CRM platform.

Enterprise AI CRM startup Superleap has raised ₹36 crore (approximately $4.2 million) in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners’ Surge.
Announcing the milestone in a post on X, co-founder Subham Kumar Boundia said the company has also crossed $2 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) just 18 months after pivoting from its consumer metaverse business.
Sharing the company’s journey, the co-founder revealed that Superleap had shut down its consumer metaverse platform AltWorld two years ago after the broader Web3 slowdown. The founders were even considering returning the remaining capital to investors before deciding to make a complete shift towards enterprise AI.
“We hard-pivoted to a B2B AI CRM product with a conviction that modern enterprises deserve a better, smarter, faster CRM,” Boundia wrote, adding that the company stayed focused on building products for large markets with a small team.
Founded by former Unacademy executives Subham Kumar Boundia, Alok Maurya, and Saurabh Maheshwari, Superleap develops an AI-native CRM platform designed to help enterprises automate customer engagement, sales, and revenue operations. Its product suite includes SuperOS for unified customer data, SuperSense for AI-powered customer intelligence, and SuperAgents, AI agents that automate sales workflows. The platform integrates with enterprise tools including WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Claude, and ChatGPT.
According to the founder, Superleap now serves enterprise customers including Razorpay, Aakash Institute, Cars24, MediBuddy, PagarBook, Qube Cinema, and SuperHealth, and is on track to double its business by the end of the current financial year.
Boundia also claimed that the company’s valuation has grown from ₹30 crore to ₹330 crore within 18 months of its pivot, underscoring the rapid growth following its transition to enterprise AI. The valuation figure was shared by the founder and has not been independently verified.
The founders credited Peak XV Partners, Rajan Anandan, and early supporters including Deepinder Goyal, Kunal Shah, Anupam Mittal, Mukesh Bansal, Nikhil Kamath, Gaurav Munjal, and Roman Saini for backing the company during its transformation.
