Scrubsy Raises $3 Million From V3 Ventures to Expand In-House Manufacturing

Gurugram-based home-cleaning brand Scrubsy has raised $3 million (approximately ₹27 crore) from V3 Ventures.
Operated by BoldChem Science Pvt. Ltd., Scrubsy develops and sells specialised cleaning products across the kitchen, bathroom and footwear-care categories.
The company was founded in 2025 by Kartik Sibal, Ishan Suri, Nitin Jain and Aditya Bhasin.
The fresh capital will primarily be used to expand manufacturing and support the company’s broader business growth. Scrubsy says it plans to continue investing in its own manufacturing and product development capabilities as it expands its portfolio.
Unlike many consumer brands that rely on contract manufacturers, Scrubsy follows an in-house model covering research, formulation and manufacturing. Co-founder and CEO Kartik Sibal said the approach gives the company greater control over quality while strengthening its R&D capabilities and protecting product differentiation.
The company’s portfolio currently includes foam-based kitchen cleaners, bathroom cleaning products and shoe-care solutions. Scrubsy is building its D2C business around surface-specific cleaning products designed to address everyday problems such as kitchen grease, bathroom stains and footwear cleaning.
The startup also uses customer reviews and feedback to identify recurring cleaning problems and inform the development of new products. According to the company, this approach allows it to identify gaps in existing cleaning solutions and develop products around specific consumer needs.
V3 Ventures is an early-stage consumer-focused investment firm backed by Verlinvest. Its portfolio includes consumer brands such as Ugaoo, Deconstruct, Salad Days, go zero and The Hosteller.
