RN Kids raises Rs 7.1 Cr in pre-seed funding round

Mumbai-based pediatric wellness startup RN Kids has raised Rs 7.1 crore in a pre-seed funding round.

The round saw participation from Ashish Kacholia, Lashit Sanghvi, and several angel investors and family offices.

The company plans to use the capital to build its pediatric wellness portfolio and bring clinically backed, clean-label products to market for children’s everyday health needs.

RN Kids was founded in September 2025 by Rushabh Nandu and Dr. Nihar Parekh. The startup is building a pediatric wellness brand centred on formulations aimed at addressing common concerns such as growth, immunity, gut health, and cough and cold care.

The founders said the idea emerged from years of pediatric practice and the need for products that combine medical relevance with formats that are easier for children and more reliable for parents. The company is focused on offering formulations backed by clinical thinking while also improving convenience and usability.

RN Kids is preparing to launch six products by the end of July through Amazon, Flipkart, and its own D2C website. It also plans to expand into quick commerce and offline retail in the next phase.
