OZi raises $6.2 Mn in Series A led by RTP Global
The startup had raised $3.3 million in its seed round in October 2025.
Kids-focused quick commerce startup OZi has secured $6.2 million in a Series A round led by RTP Global, with existing backers Blume Ventures, Huddle Ventures, and Zeropearl VC also participating.
The round also included several angel investors such as Kishore Biyani and founders from Unacademy, Mosaic Wellness, Livspace, Vetic, Magicpin, Spinny, Pristyn Care, and Handpicked.
The fresh capital will be deployed to strengthen OZi’s footprint across Gurugram and the broader NCR market, build brand trust, enhance technology and operations, and widen its curated product portfolio.
Founded in 2025 by Amit Sah, OZi operates a quick commerce platform focused on baby and kids’ essentials. The startup delivers a curated range of products spanning apparel, toys, baby gear, school supplies, pharmacy, feeding and nursing items, gifting products, and daily-use essentials.
The latest fundraise comes after the Gurugram-based company had raised $3.3 million in its seed round in October 2025.
The platform currently offers more than 15,000 SKUs for children aged 0 to 12 years and promises delivery within 60 minutes, along with scheduled delivery options for added convenience.
OZi says it has clocked 12X growth within five months of launch in Gurugram and has recently expanded its operations to Noida.
