Retail tech startup OneKiraana has secured $1.6 million in a seed funding round led by Ankur Capital. The round also saw participation from GreenTrunk Ventures, VCMint, and other angel investors.

The company said it will use the fresh capital to strengthen its technology and manufacturing capabilities, expand its last-mile delivery network, and increase its store presence across India.

Founded in 2021 by Bhavin Soni and Umang Savla, OneKiraana builds a platform that enables kirana stores to launch their own private-label products, improve inventory planning through demand intelligence, and offer home delivery through third-party logistics partners.

The startup currently works with more than 900 kirana stores and has supplied over 3 million private-labelled products across 1,500 SKUs and 25 categories.

By working closely with neighborhood retailers, OneKiraana captures data around SKU-level sales, pricing patterns, local preferences, and working capital cycles. The company uses this intelligence to support sourcing, production planning, distribution, and pricing decisions.

Through its logistics integrations, the platform is also helping kirana stores offer home delivery without adding fixed staffing costs, as it looks to build a wider operating layer for independent retail stores across the country.
