MyKare.ai Raises $3.2 Million Funding to Scale AI-Powered Healthcare Operating System
The startup currently serves healthcare organisations across India, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

AI-powered healthcare technology startup MyKare.ai has raised $3.2 million in funding, including a fresh $1 million through its Series A round.
The investment round saw participation from Andrew Parker and Alfredo Vaamonde, co-founders of Papa, along with a leading family office based in the Middle East.
The newly raised capital will be deployed to strengthen the company’s artificial intelligence capabilities, accelerate product development, and support its expansion across international markets.
Founded in 2021 by Senu Sam, Rahmathulla T M, and Joash Philipose, MyKare.ai develops an AI-native healthcare operating system designed for clinics and hospitals. Originally launched as MyKare Health, the company has evolved into KareOS, an AI-powered platform focused on automating healthcare operations and improving patient engagement.
KareOS uses multilingual voice and text-based AI agents to streamline several healthcare workflows, including patient acquisition, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, communication, feedback management, and customer relationship management. The platform’s AI agents can handle patient calls, respond to queries, understand patient intent, and assist healthcare providers in improving engagement and retention.
The company aims to help healthcare providers reduce administrative workloads and improve operational efficiency by integrating AI-driven automation into existing clinic and hospital systems. Its platform is designed to work alongside current healthcare workflows without requiring major operational changes.
The startup operates in the growing healthcare automation space, where AI-based conversational and workflow solutions are being adopted to improve patient communication and administrative efficiency. It competes with enterprise AI automation platforms such as Yellow.ai, Haptik, Senseforth.ai, Hyro, and Cognigy.
