Kidbea raises Rs 30 Cr in Series A round led by Enrission India Capital

Kidbea, a kidswear and childcare brand focused on bamboo-based products, has raised Rs 30 crore in a Series A funding round led by Enrission India Capital.

The round also saw participation from Inflection Point Ventures, LetsVenture, FE Securities, Venture Catalysts, Lead Angels, and a group of angel investors.

The company will use the fresh capital to expand its offline retail presence, strengthen distribution, and invest in product development as well as category expansion.

Founded in 2021 by Swapnil Srivastav, Mohammad Hussain, Aman Kumar Mahto, and Ankita Rani, Kidbea designs and sells bamboo-led apparel and childcare products for infants and toddlers. Its portfolio includes rompers, onesies, nightwear, newborn essentials, and accessories, with a focus on comfort, breathability, and sustainable materials.

The Noida-based startup has also attracted backing from individual investors such as Ghazal Alagh, Roman Saini, Sumit Jalan, Ajay Aggarwal, Bahram N Vakil, Vinod Rustagi, Amit Rathi, and Sanjit Advani, among others.

The brand said it is currently operating at an annual recurring revenue of Rs 100 crore and has been widening its omnichannel presence. It recently launched exclusive brand outlets in Pune, Hyderabad, and Indore as part of its expansion into urban markets.

Over the next 12 to 24 months, Kidbea plans to open more than 100 exclusive brand outlets and enter over 200 multi-brand stores across India. The company has also been featured among the Fast 42 brands of India and received the Best Kids Brand award in 2025.
