Fraganote Raises $3 Mn Series A Round Led By V3 Ventures
Fraganote is targeting ₹100 crore in revenue over the next 18 months as it continues to scale its footprint in the premium fragrance segment.

Luxury fragrance brand Fraganote has secured $3 million in a Series A funding round, with V3 Ventures contributing $2.4 million and existing investor Rukam Capital investing an additional $0.6 million.
The latest raise follows the company’s $1 million pre-Series A round led by Rukam Capital in 2025.
The fresh capital comes as the brand continues to strengthen its position in India’s premium fragrance market and expand its presence across online and offline channels.
Founded in 2022 by Garima Kakkar and Arjun Anand, Fraganote is a New Delhi-based perfume brand known for its small-batch manufacturing approach and high-concentration Eau De Parfum formulations. While Kakkar leads product innovation, brand strategy, and operations, Anand focuses on business expansion, distribution, and omnichannel growth.
The company has built a portfolio of nearly 50 SKUs, including 32 standalone perfumes, and has developed a reputation for story-driven fragrances tailored to modern Indian consumers. Its collection features distinctive scent profiles and collaborations with brands such as Chivas Regal, The Face Shop, and Phool.
Fraganote’s distribution network spans its direct-to-consumer platform, quick-commerce channels including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, as well as leading marketplaces, Nykaa, and modern trade retail outlets. The brand reports serving more than 4 lakh customers and maintains a repeat purchase rate of 35%.
Competing with players such as Skinn by Titan, Secret Alchemist, Zara Perfumes, and House of EM5, Fraganote is targeting ₹100 crore in revenue over the next 18 months as it continues to scale its footprint in the premium fragrance segment.
