Epik raises $1 Mn pre-seed funding led by InfoEdge Ventures

Electronics-focused quick commerce startup Epik has secured $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by InfoEdge Ventures, with additional participation from angel investors.

The Bengaluru-based company plans to use the fresh capital to enhance its fulfilment infrastructure, broaden its product portfolio, and scale its in-home demo operations across more cities.

Founded in 2025 by Gotama GowdaVarun Chopra, and Harsha Reddy, Epik operates a ‘try and buy’ model that enables customers to experience products at home before making a purchase. The platform delivers electronics within 60 minutes through trained experts who conduct live demonstrations and allow users to compare multiple products.

Partnering with over 60 top brands such as Apple, Samsung, Philips, Dyson, Dell, and Eureka Forbes, the startup reports nearly 20x growth since its Bengaluru launch in October 2025.

Its logistics model combines hub-based inventory, demo units, and trained personnel to facilitate rapid delivery and assisted buying experiences.

Going forward, Epik plans to expand into new categories and geographies while building a service layer that blends product discovery with guided purchasing.
