C2C Recommerce Startup Vingo Raises ₹10 Crore Seed Funding Led by IndiaQuotient

Bengaluru-based consumer-to-consumer (C2C) recommerce startup Vingo has raised ₹10 crore in a seed funding round led by IndiaQuotient, with participation from Inuka Capital and Credgenics founder Rishabh Goel.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company’s product and technology platform, enhance its trust and payment infrastructure, study user behaviour, and accelerate customer acquisition and marketing as it expands its marketplace.

Founded in March 2026 by Parth Sarthi, Saransh Goyal, and Krish Vashistha, Vingo is building a technology-driven C2C marketplace that enables users to buy and sell pre-owned products directly. The platform is currently available on Android and iOS and operates in Bengaluru, with plans to expand to additional cities.

Unlike traditional classifieds platforms that primarily facilitate listings, Vingo positions itself as a trust-first C2C marketplace, offering identity verification, escrow-backed payments, community-driven product discovery, and bidding mechanisms designed to reduce fraud and improve transaction confidence for both buyers and sellers.

The platform currently supports a wide range of categories, including smartphones, laptops, cameras, gaming consoles, musical instruments, fashion, sports equipment, and other lifestyle products, catering to the growing demand for quality pre-owned goods.

The startup enters a rapidly growing recommerce market where consumers are increasingly opting for second-hand products due to affordability, sustainability, and improved digital payment adoption. While established players such as OLX, Facebook Marketplace, and Cashify have helped popularise the category, Vingo aims to differentiate itself by building a safer, full-stack transaction experience with integrated payments and trust infrastructure.
