AI music solutions startup Tringbox raises Rs 5 crore seed funding

AI-powered music technology startup Tringbox has raised Rs 5 crore in a seed funding round to scale its intelligent audio solutions for businesses.

The round was led by GIPL, backed by Nikhil Gandhi, with participation from MGB Family Office, Narendra Singh Yadav, and other angel investors.

The company plans to utilise the fresh capital to enhance its technology platform, expand its intelligent audio network, and increase deployments across premium commercial locations in India.

Founded by former Paytm executive Amandeep Singh Chawla, Tringbox develops AI-powered audio solutions designed for businesses including cafés, restaurants, fitness centres, salons, retail outlets, hotels, and healthcare facilities.

At the centre of its platform is a proprietary Hybrid Neuro-Symbolic Music Engine, which the company says can automatically curate playlists based on real-time contextual factors such as venue type, weather conditions, temperature, time of day, and customer environment. The technology is designed to help businesses create personalised audio experiences while reducing manual playlist management.

After operating in stealth mode for nearly a year, Tringbox claims that its technology has been deployed across more than 30 commercial locations.

The startup is also part of NVIDIA Inception, a programme designed to support AI and deep-tech startups. It has also received AWS startup credits worth Rs 1 crore, according to the company, providing access to cloud infrastructure and technical resources.

Alongside its enterprise music intelligence platform, Tringbox also offers a QR code-based song request solution for hospitality and entertainment venues. The feature allows customers to request songs while giving businesses control over playlist management through AI-based moderation tools.
