Zinara Raises ₹3.61 Crore Pre-Seed Funding Led by Inflection Point Ventures

Delhi-NCR-based lab-grown diamond jewellery brand Zinara has raised ₹3.61 crore (around $380,000) in a pre-seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV).

Nine Jewellery, actor Nikita Dutta and other angel investors also participated in the round.

The company plans to use the capital to expand its team, accelerate marketing, strengthen its supply-chain infrastructure, broaden its product portfolio and increase its presence across India.

Founded by Harshit Abrol and Sumanyu Vyas, Zinara is positioning lab-grown diamond jewellery as an everyday purchase rather than an occasional purchase. The brand offers contemporary jewellery featuring lab-grown diamonds set in 18K gold vermeil and has grown its portfolio to more than 400 designs. The company has also crossed ₹1 crore in annual recurring revenue, according to the latest funding announcement.

Zinara operates through a digital-first model and serves customers across India. Its offerings include lifetime buyback and exchange, while the company says its lab-grown diamonds are certified by gemological laboratories including IGI and SGL. Its jewellery uses BIS-hallmarked gold.

The brand has also built a home-trial model in Delhi-NCR, where customers can have selected designs brought to their location before making a purchase. The company says it is working to expand its reach beyond its existing markets as part of its next phase of growth.

The company is also looking to build its digital-first consumer model as it scales its lab-grown diamond jewellery business.

IPV, which led the latest round, has invested more than ₹900 crore across over 280 startups, according to the investment platform’s latest disclosures.
