Yantra Packs Raises ₹12 Crore in Seed Funding Led by Caret Capital
This round follows a ₹6 crore pre-seed fundraise from Impact Infracap in December 2024.

Gurugram-based asset-pooling and reusable packaging platform Yantra Packs has raised ₹12 crore in a seed funding round led by supply-chain focused venture capital firm Caret Capital.
The company will deploy the fresh capital to accelerate its expansion across India, scale its pool of reusable logistics assets, and further strengthen its proprietary technology capabilities.
Founded in 2020 by Vipin Battu and Karan Saharan, Yantra Packs provides heavy-duty returnable transport items, such as reusable pallets, crates, and industrial containers to enterprises through flexible rental and asset-pooling models.
By eliminating the need for enterprises to purchase, manage, and replace large inventories of single-use packaging, the company’s “asset-as-a-service” framework helps businesses optimize logistics costs, improve container durability, and lower greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across industrial supply chains.
At the core of its operational efficiency is Trakkia, Yantra Packs’ proprietary technology platform. Trakkia provides real-time asset tracking and end-to-end supply chain visibility, enabling clients to monitor returnable packaging as it cycles dynamically between suppliers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics intermediaries.
Yantra Packs currently services over 30 enterprise customers, with more than 250,000 containers in active circulation spanning eight warehouses and over 100 customer touchpoints across major manufacturing clusters.
This round follows a ₹6 crore pre-seed fundraise from Impact Infracap in December 2024. Impact Infracap continued its association with the company through governance and strategic guidance during this latest growth phase.
Operating in a rapidly formalizing circular supply-chain market, Yantra Packs competes alongside established industry players such as Leap India, Holisol Logistics, Econovus, and Good Pack.
