Vaaree Raises ₹65 Crore Series A Led by Hero Enterprise and Cap Alpha Ventures

Bengaluru-based home décor and furnishings marketplace Vaaree has raised ₹65 crore (approximately $7.5 million) in a Series A funding round led by Hero Enterprise and Cap Alpha Ventures (formerly Client Associates Alternate Fund).

The fresh capital will be used to expand Vaaree’s fulfilment and quality verification network, enable faster deliveries, enhance its AI-driven product discovery experience, and further develop VibeCheck, the company’s proprietary home styling and recommendation engine.

Founded in 2022 by Varun Vohra and Garima Vohra, Vaaree operates a curated online marketplace offering more than 1.5 lakh products across categories including home décor, furnishings, lighting, kitchenware, bed and bath, storage, furniture, and home essentials. The platform connects consumers with products sourced from manufacturers, artisan brands, and home décor suppliers across India.

One of Vaaree’s key differentiators is VibeCheck, an AI-powered home styling platform that enables users to discover products based on their personal design preferences, create mood boards, visualise coordinated interiors, and receive personalised recommendations, making home furnishing more intuitive and design-led.

As part of its growth strategy, the company plans to establish additional fulfilment and quality control centres across major markets, bringing inventory closer to customers and enabling next-day deliveries in key metropolitan cities while improving supply chain efficiency and customer experience.

The round also saw continued support from existing investors, including Peak XV Partners‘ Surge, PeerCapital, All In Capital, Better Capital, OTP Ventures, and angel investor Kunal Shah. With the latest raise, Vaaree has secured approximately ₹95 crore (over $11 million) in total funding since its inception.
