HR tech and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform uKnowva has raised $0.5 million in a pre-Series A round co-led by Parv Network, Growth 91, and Aapna Infotech.
This funding marks an important milestone in its growth journey following its acquisition by Hinduja Global Solutions. The company had previously raised $48.7K.
The fresh capital will be used to scale sales and marketing, drive geographic expansion through a partner-led model, and accelerate its AI-focused product roadmap, the company said in a statement.
Founded in 2010 by Abhay Talekar, Priyanka Bhor Jain, and Vicky Jain, the Mumbai-based startup positions itself as an intelligent HR and workplace automation platform with a mission to digitize and streamline HR functions for businesses across industries.
uKnowva’s platform offers an AI-powered suite of tools covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.

Co-founder & CEO Vicky Jain noted that the company’s future growth will be anchored in product excellence and profitability, while continuing to provide a seamless user experience.
Looking ahead, uKnowva aims to strengthen its partner ecosystem, deepen its presence in Tier I and Tier II cities, and enhance AI-driven features over the next 12–24 months to meet the evolving needs of modern workplaces.
