Food delivery major Swiggy has quietly entered the travel and lifestyle concierge space with the soft launch of its new app, Crew.
Currently in invite-only beta, the app is designed to serve premium and ultra-luxury customers, offering high-touch services like dinner reservations, travel arrangements, and curated premium gifting.
Developed by Swiggy’s parent entity Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd, Crew is now live on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This is company’s second foray into premium consumer services, after its earlier attempt with Rare Life, a concierge platform that didn’t see a public release.
The launch of Crew is part of Swiggy’s broader play to diversify beyond food delivery and quick commerce. Sriharsha Majety, Co-Founder and Group CEO of Swiggy, has been steering this vision since co-founding the company in 2014.

In January 2025, Swiggy launched Pyng, a professional services marketplace connecting users to experts across health, wellness, finance, travel, events, and more. In March 2025, it rolled out Assure, a B2B restaurant supply platform that directly competes with Zomato’s Hyperpure.
It also introduced Snacc, Swiggy’s answer to Zepto Cafe, offering ultrafast delivery of snacks, beverages, and light meals. Meanwhile, Instamart has been spun out into a standalone quick commerce app, reinforcing Swiggy’s evolving ‘house of apps’ strategy.
As first reported by Entrackr, internal trials for Crew have been underway for the past fortnight.
