About Shamrock AI
Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, Shamrock AI is developing an agentic assurance platform designed to help large enterprises validate business processes, data and systems as they deploy AI agents across critical operations. The company is headquartered in Shillong and also has operations in the US.
Its platform uses what the company calls an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph, which connects business processes, data, enterprise systems and configurations to create a structured representation of how an organisation operates.
The company’s initial focus is on agentic test lifecycle automation for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. Large ERP transformation programmes involve business data, integrations, workflows and business rules that need to continue working correctly after a migration or system change. Shamrock AI is positioning its platform to automate parts of the validation and assurance process around these changes.
The company says its platform can continuously verify business processes, data integrity and system integrations rather than relying entirely on manual validation. Its broader objective is to provide an assurance layer for enterprise systems as companies introduce more AI-driven automation into their operations.
Shamrock AI has already begun working with large enterprises. The company says its customer base includes multiple Fortune 500 companies, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company. It has previously disclosed that it was live with a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer, although it has not publicly named these customers.
The company’s founders bring experience working with large enterprise technology environments. Addanki serves as co-founder and CEO, while Nallapati is a co-founder and leads product and strategy, with Gallagher also serving as a co-founder. Shamrock AI says the founding team identified gaps in continuous validation of enterprise systems after working with Fortune 500 companies.
What’s Next for Shamrock AI
The company plans to build its workforce across India and the US, with around 70% to 80% of employees expected to be based in India. It also plans to establish a client-facing team in the US and strengthen its presence in the Middle East.
The immediate product focus will remain enterprise assurance, particularly around ERP transformations and SAP S/4HANA migrations. Shamrock AI plans to expand its platform beyond testing into areas such as data observability and autonomous business-process automation as its technology develops.
The company is also continuing to build its presence among large enterprises. Its current careers and product positioning show a focus on enterprise systems, AI-driven validation, data integrity and process monitoring, with the company targeting Fortune 500 organisations.
