Rovia Raises $1 Mn Pre-Seed Round Led By Antler India
Rovia is a wealth management startup building a platform that helps professionals manage, diversify, and reinvest stock grants and equity-based compensation across global markets.

Bengaluru-based wealth management startup Rovia has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Antler India, with participation from CDM Capital, AC Ventures, Operators Studio, and a group of angel investors from India and the United States.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen product development, expand the team, and enhance the company’s financial infrastructure and compliance capabilities as it scales operations globally.
Founded in 2025 by Shivang Badaya and Arnav Grover, Rovia is building a wealth management platform focused on professionals who receive a substantial portion of their compensation through stock grants and equity-based rewards. The platform aims to help users manage, diversify, and reinvest these assets across global markets through a unified digital interface.
The startup is addressing challenges commonly faced by globally employed professionals, including concentrated exposure to employer stock, expensive currency conversions, tax complexities, and fragmented access to international investment products.
According to the company, its beta platform is currently tracking more than $60 million in equity compensation assets across employees from over 300 companies. Rovia also stated that its managed asset base has been growing steadily since launch.
As part of its regulatory framework, the company has secured registration as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), strengthening its ability to support users managing wealth across multiple geographies.
