Rivvun AI raises $7.55 Mn seed funding led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital
Headquartered in Seattle, the company also operates an engineering hub in Pune, supporting product development and technology operations.

Enterprise AI startup Rivvun AI has raised $7.55 million in a seed funding round jointly led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital.
The round will support the company’s efforts to enhance its artificial intelligence capabilities, expand its engineering and business teams, and accelerate customer acquisition across key enterprise segments.
Founded by former Icertis executives Anand Veerkar and Niranjan Umarane, Rivvun AI develops AI-powered enterprise software focused on identifying and recovering financial losses caused by revenue leakages, procurement inefficiencies, and missed commercial opportunities.
The company’s platform helps enterprises uncover overlooked contract obligations, supplier rebates, pricing discrepancies, billing errors, and settlement gaps that can impact profitability. By analysing data across enterprise systems, Rivvun AI aims to help organisations identify hidden savings and improve financial performance.
The platform integrates with existing enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, procurement, and contract management systems, to analyse business data and identify areas for revenue recovery and cost optimisation.
Currently, Rivvun AI focuses on procurement spend assurance and revenue protection solutions for large enterprises across sectors such as healthcare, banking, consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing.
Before launching Rivvun AI, Anand Veerkar and Niranjan Umarane spent more than a decade at Icertis, where they held leadership roles during the company’s growth phase in the enterprise contract management space. The founding team also includes software entrepreneur Patrick Linton.
