RevRag AI Raises $2.5 Million Seed Funding Led by Accion Ventures
The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, expand its enterprise deployments and support its entry into the US market.

Bengaluru-based enterprise AI startup RevRag AI has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round led by Accion Ventures, with Cedar Hill Capital, Wyser and Venture Catalysts also participating.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, expand its enterprise deployments and support its entry into the US market.
The latest round follows RevRag AI’s $600,000 pre-seed funding led by Powerhouse Ventures in August 2024. The startup has also acquired GenStaq.ai, an LLMOps and workflow orchestration company, in September 2025.
About RevRag AI
Founded in 2022 by Ashutosh Singh, Neeraj Gupta and Pankaj Gupta, RevRag AI develops multilingual AI agents that operate within the applications of banks, lenders, fintech companies and insurtech businesses. The agents are designed to act as digital relationship managers, helping customers with onboarding, product discovery, sales and support without requiring them to move to a separate channel.
RevRag AI currently says it works with more than 45 financial institutions in India. Its reported customer base includes PhonePe, Bajaj Finance, Motilal Oswal, IIFL, Aditya Birla Capital, Razorpay, Moneyview, DCB Bank, Jar, Kissht and Easebuzz.
The company says its AI agents can help financial institutions reduce customer drop-offs and increase revenue at up to 70% lower cost compared with traditional channels. This is a company-reported claim, and the actual impact can vary depending on the workflow, deployment and level of automation.
RevRag’s product focus has evolved from its earlier B2B sales automation offering toward AI agents for financial services. The company is now focused on embedding these agents directly into financial applications, where they can guide users through processes such as onboarding, product selection, sales and customer service.
In September 2025, RevRag acquired GenStaq.ai, which developed modular LLMOps and workflow orchestration technology. The acquisition was aimed at strengthening RevRag’s technology stack across its customer-facing AI agents and underlying infrastructure. GenStaq’s team joined RevRag’s product and engineering functions following the acquisition.
What’s Next for RevRag AI
A major priority following the latest funding is RevRag AI’s entry into the US market. The company sees opportunities across lending, insurance, credit cards and other financial services, where it plans to apply its AI relationship-manager model to customer onboarding, sales and support.
RevRag also plans to invest further in its underlying AI capabilities. The company currently relies on third-party proprietary models and is looking to fine-tune its own multimodal small language models to bring more of the technology stack in-house. It has also identified AI-led cross-selling, real-time risk scoring and automated claims handling as areas for further product development.
The company has set a target of reaching $50 million in annual recurring revenue by FY28, although it has not disclosed its current ARR.
