Bollywood actor and entrepreneur Ranbir Kapoor has invested an undisclosed amount in Prozo, a tech-enabled full-stack supply chain startup.
The investment was confirmed by the company’s founder and CEO, Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, via an official statement.
Founded by Dr. Ashvini Jakhar in 2014 , a former naval doctor and McKinsey consultant, Prozo operates an integrated supply chain platform combining warehousing, freight, and fulfillment with proprietary technology tools such as ProWMS (warehouse management system), ProTMS (transport management system), and a real-time control tower. These tools enable brands to manage and monitor operations across B2B, D2C, and marketplace channels under one unified system.
The startup currently supports operations for over 150 brands, including PhonePe, Beardo, The Minimalist, Neemans, and Snitch. It runs 42 tech-enabled warehouses covering 2.2 million sq. ft., reaching more than 24,000 pin codes across India.

Prozo claims to have achieved an annual revenue run rate of ₹250 crore and has previously raised $20 million from Sixth Sense Ventures and JAFCO Asia.
Prozo plans to use the new investment to expand into additional cities, enhance automation and predictive analytics, and boost its Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery (SDD & NDD) capabilities. The company also aims to introduce tailored solutions for MSMEs and brands in the quick commerce segment.
