ProLearn raises ₹30 Cr pre-seed round led by BEENEXT
The platform’s AI tutor is designed to adapt to each learner’s pace, strengths, and learning style.

Edtech startup ProLearn has raised ₹30 crore (approximately $3.5 million) in a pre-seed funding round led by BEENEXT.
The round also saw participation from Eximius Ventures, Antler India, and several angel investors.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development, strengthen the company’s AI and reasoning infrastructure, expand curriculum-aligned educational content, and support hiring across AI/ML, product, and growth teams. The startup also plans to invest in go-to-market initiatives as it prepares to scale operations.
Founded by Ravneet Singh, former Director at Vedantu, ProLearn is building an AI-native learning platform focused on K-12 students. The startup aims to develop a real-time interactive AI learning companion capable of helping students prepare for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET while delivering personalised learning experiences.
The platform’s AI tutor is designed to adapt to each learner’s pace, strengths, and learning style. It will be capable of interacting with students in real time by answering questions, explaining concepts, and offering customised guidance based on individual performance patterns.
According to Singh, the company’s focus is on leveraging artificial intelligence to make personalised education more accessible, scalable, and outcome-driven for students across India.
ProLearn enters a competitive edtech landscape that includes players such as PhysicsWallah, Khan Academy’s Khanmigo, and other AI-focused learning platforms building personalised academic support tools.
