Physioplus Healthcare Raises Seed Funding From HBF India at $800K Valuation
Physioplus has onboarded 1,000+ patients and combines an AI-powered symptom assessment tool with digital physiotherapy discovery, clinical documentation, practice management and patient-progress tracking.

Jaipur-based digital physiotherapy startup Physioplus Healthcare has raised a strategic investment from HBF Direct Limited (HBF India) at a valuation of $800,000.
The company plans to use the capital to strengthen its technology platform, expand its physiotherapist network and increase its presence across India. The amount invested has not been disclosed.
Founded in 2022 by Samit Saxena, Jaswant Singh and Madhukar Pareek, Physioplus operates a digital platform connecting patients with certified physiotherapists. Its platform brings together physiotherapy discovery, patient assessment, clinical documentation, practice-management tools and technology-enabled monitoring.
The startup is building its platform around a more data-driven approach to physiotherapy, bringing patient information, assessments, treatment plans and progress tracking into a connected digital workflow. Its services cover areas including chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation.
For patients, Physioplus offers physiotherapy discovery and consultations, along with an AI-powered symptom assessment tool designed to help users describe their condition and identify suitable physiotherapy support. The platform also supports home-based and in-clinic physiotherapy services.
The platform also provides digital tools for physiotherapists and clinics, including patient records, clinical documentation, appointment and practice-management functions, digital invoicing and patient monitoring. Physioplus additionally offers professional learning resources, including webinars and clinical training programmes.
The company said it has already onboarded more than 1,000 patients and is now looking to expand its professional network and reach more markets across India.
The latest investment follows funding received by Physioplus through the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme in September 2023, according to startup databases tracking the company.
As part of its recent expansion, Physioplus has also announced that it is incubated at the Centre for Medical Innovation (CMI), GIMS, Greater Noida. The company said the association will support clinical validation and evidence-building around its technology and healthcare model.
With the new strategic backing, Physioplus plans to continue developing its technology platform, expand its physiotherapist network and increase its presence across India. The company is positioning its platform around the integration of patient care, clinical workflows and data to make physiotherapy and rehabilitation more connected and measurable.
