Founded in June 2026 by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, Parallel Loop combines an AI platform with forward-deployed engineers who work directly with enterprise teams. The company is designed to help businesses connect existing technology systems, business processes and organisational knowledge with AI rather than deploying AI as a standalone tool.

Parallel Loop offers three core capabilities: AI Enablement, AI Stack and Software Factory. AI Enablement works with leadership teams to identify potential AI use cases, create adoption roadmaps and build internal capabilities. Its AI Stack connects existing enterprise systems with organisational context and supports applications such as dashboards and deterministic workflows. The Software Factory combines engineers and AI agents to modernise legacy systems and build new applications alongside client teams.

The company’s platform can be deployed in a customer’s own cloud environment or on-premises, allowing businesses to control data residency and access. It supports multiple AI model providers, including open-weight models, and maintains audit trails covering prompts, responses, context changes and actions. Parallel Loop says clients retain ownership of their data, organisational context and client-specific work built on the platform.

Parallel Loop currently has a team of around 30 people across Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai and serves more than 10 enterprise clients. Its reported customers include Licious and Havells in India and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand.

Havells is one of the company’s reported enterprise deployments. According to Havells President and CIO Pramod Mundra, several hundred employees use Parallel Loop for workflows, automations and dashboards. The company is also using AI-powered insights to support coordination between sales teams, channel partners and influencers.

The founders bring experience from building and scaling FairDee, a Thailand-based insurtech company that was later acquired by Qoala. Jogani subsequently served as Qoala’s Group CTO, while Chean served as Group COO. They worked across five Southeast Asian markets as Qoala expanded its operations.

Funding to Scale Enterprise AI Across Markets

The $6.6 million seed round gives Parallel Loop capital to expand its engineering and commercial operations after emerging from stealth. The company has said it will strengthen its go-to-market efforts, grow its team and scale operations, with Western markets among its areas of focus.

The startup is currently operating across Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai and plans to expand its enterprise AI offering across geographies. Its model combines software with engineers working alongside customers, meaning its growth will depend not only on expanding the platform but also on scaling the implementation capabilities supporting enterprise deployments.

Parallel Loop’s approach is focused on integrating AI with existing business infrastructure rather than requiring enterprises to replace their technology stack. Its deployment options, support for multiple AI models and audit trails are designed for companies that need greater control over data, access and AI activity.
