Ola Electric Appoints Pritam Das Mohapatra as New Compliance Officer
With over 14 years of experience, Mohapatra is an expert in corporate laws, compliance, fundraising, IPO listings, and governance.
Ola Electric has appointed Pritam Das Mohapatra as its new company secretary and compliance officer. The decision was approved by the board of directors on December 30, 2024, and his appointment is effective immediately.
Mohapatra took over the role after Pramendra Tomar resigned two months ago, citing personal reasons.
With over 14 years of experience, Mohapatra is an expert in corporate laws, compliance, fundraising, IPO listings, and governance. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has previously worked with companies like Merabo Labs, ANI Technologies, Ola Fleet Technologies, and Zuari Infraworld India.

In his new role, he will ensure that Ola Electric follows regulatory and governance standards, including SEBI rules.
This announcement comes shortly after the resignation of two senior executives, Anshul Khandelwal (Chief Marketing Officer) and Suvonil Chatterjee (Chief Technology and Product Officer), earlier this month.
