Nuvie, a Bengaluru-based F&B startup, has raised $450,000 (approx. Rs 3.8 crore) in its pre-seed round led by PedalStart, with participation from investors including Mukesh Bansal, Ayyappan R, Chanakya Gupta, and Arun Sharma.
The funds will go towards product development, branding, content, distribution, and growth.
Nuvie aims to merge health with indulgence through wellness-focused food products.
Launched in May 2024 by Prashant Paliwal and Hem Narayan, the startup debuted with lactose-free protein shakes in three flavours and is now adding five new variants, a protein chocolate bar, and “Proffee”, its protein cold coffee.

Nuvie’s presence spans 100+ premium retail stores in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai, 200+ gyms, and online platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, and BigBasket, along with its own D2C channels.
The startup reported Rs 10 lakh in monthly revenue from launch and targets Rs 10 crore ARR by end of CY 2025, driven by demand, innovation, and expanding reach.
