NPrep, a placement-focused skilling platform for nursing students and professionals, has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital, with participation from IIMA Ventures, Chegg founder Aayush Phumbhra, and a group of family offices and angel investors.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand NPrep’s course library, build out its AI-driven learning infrastructure, and strengthen placement partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers across India, the company said in a press release.
Founded in 2024 by Prince Kaushik, Utkarsh Paliwal, Gourav Khurana — all doctors from AIIMS Jodhpur — along with AI/ML expert Shrey Gupta, the Bengaluru-based startup is tackling the gap in India’s nursing workforce through personalized, adaptive learning solutions tailored for Tier II and Tier III cities.

NPrep offers over 1,300 hours of AI-powered training, featuring simulated clinical scenarios, mock interviews, resume building, and automated assessments to sharpen job readiness. The platform claims to reach over 2 million learners monthly, and has grown from 10,000 to 40,000 students in just the past six months.
The company’s domestic expansion is planned for FY26, followed by international placements by FY27, addressing India’s critical shortage of skilled nurses. The platform is also working on multilingual content to expand access across regions.
