NeoSapien, a wearable technology startup founded in 2024 by Dhananjay Yadav and Aryan Yadav, showcased its innovative AI-powered wearable device on Shark Tank India Season 4.

The company’s flagship product, Neo 1, operates on its proprietary “Second Brain OS,” designed to enhance focus, memory, and decision-making. Key features include real-time conversation tracking, emotional insights, task organization, and memory storage.

During the pitch, the founders revealed the deeply personal inspiration behind NeoSapien. Dhananjay’s cousin, an army officer, passed away unexpectedly, which motivated him to create a product fostering deeper communication and connection, along with task management support.

Seeking ₹80 lakhs for 2.5% equity at a valuation of ₹32 crores, the founders presented their vision for the wearable tech space.

Namita Thapar extended a deal for ₹80 lakhs in exchange for 4% equity, valuing the company at ₹20 crores, which the founders accepted.

NeoSapien plans to launch Neo 1 as India’s first AI-native wearable device and has announced partnerships with Google AI Academy and the Panasonic Ignition Program as part of its global expansion strategy by 2025. The startup also emphasized its user privacy commitment, ensuring that data ownership remains with the users.
