Voice AI startup Navana.ai has secured ₹7 crore (approximately $800K) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Antler India, with participation from high-profile angel investors including Ronnie Screwvala, Ajay Agarwal, and Sandeep Singhal.
This round brings the startup’s total funding to ₹13.2 crore.
The newly raised capital will be deployed to strengthen research and development efforts and scale the deployment of Navana’s made-for-India language AI stack. The company is focused on enhancing its voice AI solutions tailored for Indian enterprises.
Founded in 2018 by Raoul Nanavati and Jai Nanavati, Navana.ai offers a full-stack voice AI platform that powers AI-enabled contact centres, speech recognition APIs, and real-time contact centre intelligence solutions across multiple Indian languages.

With a strong foothold in the BFSI sector, Navana.ai has worked with over 40 enterprise clients including Bajaj Finserv.
Its voice bots support 12+ Indian languages, bridging the gap between urban and rural consumers through real-time analytics and automation in customer support workflows.
