Deep-tech startup Maieutic Semiconductor has raised $4.15 million in a seed funding round, co-led by Endiya Partners and Exfinity Venture Partners.
The capital will be deployed to strengthen Maieutic Semiconductor’s engineering team, accelerate product development, and scale hiring as it aims to revolutionize semiconductor design by integrating generative AI into early-stage analog IC development—drastically reducing design cycles, enabling intelligent trade-off analysis, and eliminating traditional manual bottlenecks.
Founded in March 2025 by Gireesh Rajendran, Ashish Lachhwani, Rakesh Kumar, and Krishna Sankar, Maieutic brings together decades of experience in semiconductors and analog systems. The founding team is leveraging its collective expertise to reimagine chip development with a GenAI-first approach.
