Lorazzo Raises ₹15 Crore Funding Led by Sauce VC
With the latest funding, Lorazzo plans to expand its offline footprint, introduce additional product categories and strengthen its omnichannel distribution across India.

Home improvement brand Lorazzo has raised ₹15 crore in its latest funding round led by Sauce, with follow-on participation from existing investor Sprout Venture Partners. Panthera Peak and Alteria Capital also participated in the round.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its product portfolio, invest in product development and research and development, build its team and strengthen its online and offline distribution across more states in India. The funding will also support Lorazzo’s entry into new product categories and expansion of its offline presence.
Founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta, Lorazzo operates in the kitchen and bathroom fittings segment, offering products that combine design, technology and functionality. Its portfolio includes faucets, sinks, sanitaryware, mirrors, cabinets, shower systems, bidets and smart toilets.
Lorazzo follows a direct-to-consumer and omnichannel model, selling through its own website as well as e-commerce, quick-commerce and offline retail channels. The company is now looking to expand its physical presence and local reach across additional states while building a larger distribution network.
Its product portfolio includes smart bathroom products such as the Intelli Smart Commode, alongside kitchen faucets, sinks, bidets, shower systems and other bathroom fittings. The company offers warranties of up to 20 years across its product range and provides installation and service across India.
Lorazzo’s product strategy has focused on combining functionality and technology with design for Indian households. Its earlier product range included intelligent bidets, kitchen faucets, stainless-steel and quartz sinks and modular accessories.
The latest round follows a ₹5 crore seed funding round announced in January 2026. That round was led by Sprout Venture Partners and First Cheque by India Quotient, with participation from Chandigarh Angel Network and other angel investors. Lorazzo had said the earlier funding would be used to accelerate product innovation, strengthen its design and technology capabilities and expand its presence across sales channels.
Lorazzo said its revenue has grown sixfold over the past 12 months and that it is targeting ₹100 crore in revenue over the next two years. The company plans to use the latest funding to build on this growth by expanding its product range, strengthening its team and increasing its presence across online and offline retail.
Sauce vice-president Karan Kathpalia said the investment reflects an opportunity to build consumer brands in the home-improvement category through online discovery and purchasing, noting that kitchen and bathroom fittings have traditionally been driven by offline channels.
The company is seeking to build a larger branded presence in the kitchen and bathroom fittings market through a combination of product design, technology and wider distribution.
