Longevity Startup Vytalyou Raises ₹9 Crore in Pre-Series A Funding
The latest funding will support the expansion of Vytalyou's Mumbai clinic network, followed by its planned entry into other Indian cities.

Mumbai-based preventive healthcare and longevity startup Vytalyou has secured ₹9 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round from Chetan Jain of Pharma Dose and Ratan Jain of Venus Industries.
The investment values the company at approximately ₹33 crore, according to the company and recent reports.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its network of Incremental Lifestyle Clinics in Mumbai. Vytalyou currently operates a centre in Powai and is setting up additional centres in Juhu and Worli. Vytalyou plans to eventually expand to 10 locations across India and enter other major cities.
Founded in 2025 by molecular oncologist Dr Chirantan Bose and radiologist Dr Preetesh Bhandari, Vytalyou operates a doctor-led model combining diagnostic assessments with personalised preventive healthcare and longevity programmes.
The company is focused on identifying health risks and using the resulting data to develop medically supervised care plans.
Its diagnostic offering includes blood and pathology testing, radiology and imaging, cardiac evaluations, body-composition analysis and genetic testing. The company’s current service portfolio also includes genomics, gut-related assessments and personalised IV therapies. Its website lists NAD+ therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and other longevity-focused services, while some offerings are currently marked as coming soon.
At the centre of Vytalyou’s technology offering is its AI-powered Predictive Longevity Evaluation. According to the company, the system combines information such as biomarkers, body composition, genetic data and lifestyle factors to assess biological age, potential health risks and areas for preventive intervention. Physicians review the findings and use them to develop personalised care plans.
“Our focus is on increasing healthy years of life. The AI-based algorithm is unlike any other health check that helps our doctors build a more comprehensive picture of an individual’s organ-systems and shape a personalised programme,” said Dr Chirantan Bose, Founder, Vytalyou.
Vytalyou’s website states that its biological-age assessments are estimates based on health indicators and analytical models and should not be interpreted as definitive medical diagnoses. The company positions the technology as part of a broader physician-led preventive healthcare process.
The startup said it has served close to 1,000 clients since opening its first centre in Powai. According to the company, around 50% of its customers have come through walk-ins, while the remainder have been acquired through referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations. The company also aims to build a 10-location network across India over the next few years.
