AI infrastructure startup Kluisz.ai has raised $9.6 million in a seed funding round led by RTP Global.
Other participants include Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, Climber Capital, and angel investors such as OYO’s Ritesh Agarwal, Ritesh Malik of Innov8, and Aditya Virwani of WeWork India.
The funds will support product development and the expansion of its engineering and go-to-market teams.
Kluisz.ai is building a cloud platform that helps enterprises deploy, scale, and manage AI workloads and edge computing.
Founded in 2025 by Abhinav Sinha (former COO & CPO, OYO), Vamshidhar Reddy (ex-AMD), and Abhijeet Singh (ex-Reliance Jio), the startup’s platform uses AI-native orchestration and deep observability to automate infrastructure across hybrid, on-prem, edge, and sovereign clouds.

Currently open for early access, Kluisz.ai will initially focus on industries such as BFSI and manufacturing. The raise also reflects a growing trend of second-time founders entering the GenAI and cloud infra space, with India’s AI startup ecosystem seeing over $1.5 billion in funding since 2022.
