Insurtech Startup NeuralKart Raises ₹2.35 Crore Seed Funding Led by IPV

Bengaluru-based insurtech startup NeuralKart has raised ₹2.35 crore in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) to accelerate the development of its AI-powered insurance and industrial risk management platforms.

The fresh capital will be deployed to enhance product development, expand the company’s artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering team, strengthen customer acquisition, scale go-to-market operations, and support working capital requirements.

Founded in 2024 by Manoj Raju, Shreyas R. Halageri, and Vidvath Kamireddy, NeuralKart develops AI-powered software that helps insurers automate core operational workflows while enabling enterprises to improve industrial safety through computer vision and intelligent risk analytics.

Its flagship platform, InsureMind, leverages artificial intelligence to streamline underwriting, claims processing, policy reviews, renewals, audits, and compliance workflows. By analysing policy documents, historical claims data, and operational records, the platform helps insurers reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate decision-making.

Complementing its insurance automation suite is FieldSense, a computer vision-based industrial safety platform that analyses data from drones, CCTV cameras, IP cameras, and IoT sensors to detect workplace hazards, generate automated risk assessments, and support compliance monitoring. The platform is designed for manufacturing plants, warehouses, construction sites, and other industrial environments, serving both insurers and enterprise customers.

According to the company, NeuralKart has already secured paying enterprise customers and maintained 100% customer retention since its inception. It currently works with general insurers and industrial risk services firms across health underwriting, claims automation, and field safety. The startup has also entered into a strategic co-development partnership to further enhance its FieldSense platform.

The company was recently recognised with the Best Use of AI in InsurTech award at the India InsurTech Summit, reflecting growing industry recognition for its AI-driven approach to insurance operations and risk management.

Commenting on the investment, the founders said the funding will help accelerate the company’s vision of building AI-native infrastructure for insurers while expanding its presence in industrial risk intelligence.

Speaking on the investment, Inflection Point Ventures said the insurance industry is undergoing a rapid digital transformation, with AI emerging as a key enabler of operational efficiency, faster claims settlement, fraud detection, and improved risk assessment. The firm believes NeuralKart’s combination of AI-powered document intelligence and computer vision positions it well to address both insurance automation and industrial safety at scale.
