Honasa Consumer Ltd, the parent company behind Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, and other emerging beauty brands, has appointed Yatish Bhargava as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO), effective immediately.
The role had remained vacant since February 28 following the resignation of Zairus Master, who stepped down citing personal reasons.
Bhargava will also be designated as Senior Management Personnel, the company confirmed in a regulatory filing.
With over 17 years of experience across P&L management, general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce, Yatish Bhargava joins Honasa from Flipkart, where he held key leadership roles. His prior stints include impactful positions at HUL, where he helped build category strategies and scale go-to-market execution across consumer verticals. He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow.
This appointment follows other recent leadership elevations at Honasa. In April, Karan Bajwa was named CHRO, and Avinash Dhagat stepped into the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO).

The announcement comes on the back of Honasa’s Q4 FY25 earnings, where the company reported a 13% YoY increase in revenue to ₹533 crore, and a PAT of ₹25 crore, compared to ₹30 crore in the same quarter last year.
Honasa also reported solid momentum in offline expansion. Its direct distribution strategy enabled it to bill over 100,000 unique retail outlets during FY25, driving wider reach and deeper market penetration.
