Seeking ₹50 lakh for 7% equity at a ₹7.14 crore valuation, Prachi Bhatia passionately described Chokhat as more than just a brand, a doorway to happiness and love.
Her commitment to quality and creativity resonated with the sharks.
After negotiations, she secured a deal with Anupam Mittal and Peyush Bansal—₹30 lakh for 10% equity and ₹20 lakh as debt at a 10% interest rate for one year, valuing the company at ₹3 crore.
