H2LooP raises $2 Mn seed round led by Speciale Invest and 3one4 Capital
The startup develops AI-native tools for embedded systems, focusing on firmware, drivers, and low-level software that powers hardware across industries.

Bengaluru-based deeptech startup H2LooP has raised $2 million (approximately ₹18.6 crore) in a seed funding round co-led by Speciale Invest and 3one4 Capital.
The newly raised capital will be deployed to expand into high-complexity sectors such as data centres, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and robotics, while also strengthening its core AI-driven engineering capabilities.
Founded in 2025 by Sairanjan Mishra and Pulkit Agrawal, H2LooP develops AI-native tools for embedded systems, focusing on firmware, drivers, and low-level software that powers hardware across industries.
The company builds specialised small language models (SLMs) and hardware-aware debugging tools that help engineers work with complex codebases, safety standards, and hardware constraints, particularly in sectors like automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, and telecom.
H2LooP’s platform is designed to operate in secure and air-gapped environments, enabling enterprises in sensitive sectors such as defence and semiconductors to maintain data privacy while leveraging AI for development workflows.
The startup is already working with semiconductor firms, telecom players, and defence organisations, supporting real-world deployments through capabilities such as automated debugging and converting technical documentation into structured training data.
