Former Dunzo Co-founder Kabeer Biswas’ AI Startup M Raises ₹102 Crore Seed Funding Led by Peak XV
After Dunzo, Kabeer Biswas led Flipkart Minutes, the e-commerce giant's quick commerce initiative, before launching M.

M (Curious Digital Pvt. Ltd.), the AI startup founded by former Dunzo co-founder Kabeer Biswas, has raised ₹102 crore (approximately $11 million) in a seed funding round led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Blume Ventures and CRED.
According to regulatory filings, the Bengaluru-based startup has been valued at approximately ₹300 crore (around $35 million) post-money.
The fresh capital will be used to build and scale M’s AI-powered household concierge platform, strengthen its technology infrastructure, accelerate product development, and expand its team as the company prepares for commercial rollout.
Founded by Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra, M is developing an AI-native household concierge designed to simplify everyday home management. The platform aims to automate routine household coordination, decision-making, and service management through an intelligent AI assistant, enabling urban consumers to manage daily tasks more efficiently.
As per regulatory filings, Peak XV Partners invested ₹46.4 crore, followed by Blume Ventures with ₹37.12 crore and CRED with ₹18.56 crore. Of the total commitment, the company has received ₹83.53 crore, while the remaining investment is expected to be infused in subsequent tranches.
Following the transaction, Peak XV Partners will hold a 15.47% stake in the company, while Blume Ventures and CRED will own 12.37% and 6.19%, respectively. Co-founders Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra each hold 3.1%, while the PVK Family Trust owns 38.67% of the company. M has also created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) pool representing 21.11% of its equity to support future hiring and talent retention.
The fundraise marks Kabeer Biswas’ return to the startup ecosystem after co-founding Dunzo, where he served as CEO before the company’s operational challenges and restructuring.
