Dessert-led cafe chain FES Cafe has raised ₹3 crore in a seed funding round led by Aakash Anand and his venture studio Wolfpack Labs, the company announced in a press release.
The capital will be used to drive expansion, including the brand’s upcoming entry into Delhi this July, and further its vision of becoming a national, dessert-first cafe brand rooted in culture, community, and indulgence.
Founded by Vidur Mayor, FES Cafe is an eggless dessert cafe chain focused on indulgence, innovation, and community. Positioned as a third space for young India, the cafe offers baked cookies, puddings, alternative-ingredient cakes, seasonal desserts, savoury dishes, rotating dessert menus, arcade game sections, and community experiences such as Coffee Raves, creating a distinct cafe format.
In its early months of operation, FES reported a threefold increase in revenue within the first three months, achieved 29.8% store-level EBITDA by month four, and saw a 347% surge in delivery revenue over 90 days.

By June 2025, the company was handling over 10,000 monthly orders and had become EBITDA-positive at the company level within four months.
FES Cafe will make its Delhi debut this July, with a second outlet slated to launch in a Gurugram corporate park by September 2025. As part of its broader growth strategy, the brand is targeting the rollout of 100+ locations by FY 2027 across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
To scale beyond brick-and-mortar cafes, it is also developing a blended COCO-FICO model, alongside logistics-driven delivery hubs and a packaged dessert line.
