Desible.ai Raises ₹32 Crore Seed-Plus Funding Led by Prime Venture Partners

Agentic AI company Desible.ai has raised ₹32 crore (approximately $3.31 million) in a seed-plus funding round led by Prime Venture Partners, with participation from existing investor Invention Engine.

The fresh capital will be used to deepen the company’s agentic AI capabilities, strengthen its compliance infrastructure, expand its go-to-market efforts and accelerate product development for the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector.

Founded in 2025 by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, Desible.ai is building an agentic workflow orchestration platform for financial services companies. The platform automates customer engagement, servicing, operations and compliance workflows, with voice AI as its initial entry point and support expanding across channels such as WhatsApp, SMS and email.

The company currently works with or is being evaluated by more than 40 BFSI institutions and has deployed more than 25 agentic workflows across areas including revenue, risk and compliance, collections, underwriting, customer service and claims. Desible.ai said its platform handles more than 10 million customer engagements each month.

The platform is designed around deterministic decision-making, with disclosures, consent and escalation processes governed by predefined business rules. The company says these steps can also be audited, allowing financial institutions to automate structured workflows while retaining controls over regulated customer interactions.

Desible.ai’s use cases include lead qualification, customer onboarding, collections, policy renewals, claims intimation, welcome calls, TeleMER, customer servicing and cross-selling. Its workflows are integrated with existing enterprise systems and are designed to work across voice and digital communication channels.

The company’s compliance approach is particularly focused on the requirements of regulated financial services. Desible.ai says its workflows are built around frameworks including IRDAI, TRAI/DLT, RBI and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA). The company also says it is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, with security measures including AES-256 encryption and data controls.

Desible.ai’s current platform supports voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email, while integrating with existing enterprise technology systems. Its website lists integrations with platforms including Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP and Oracle, along with communication systems such as WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Desible.ai is positioning voice AI as an entry point to a broader agentic workflow platform rather than as a standalone conversational AI product. “Voice AI is our entry point, not our destination,” Tiwari said.

The company’s longer-term focus is to automate complete workflows across areas such as customer acquisition, servicing, collections, underwriting and claims, while allowing human teams to handle cases that require intervention. Its current platform already supports workflows spanning revenue, risk, collections, underwriting, service and claims.
