Defence-Tech Startup Zoppler Systems Raises ₹6.5 Crore In a Funding Round
The investment will help the company accelerate the development and commercialisation of indigenous artificial intelligence-powered technologies for defence and mission-critical applications.

Bengaluru-based defence and dual-use technology startup Zoppler Systems has raised ₹6.5 crore in a funding round backed by Finvolve and India Accelerator.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand Zoppler’s product portfolio, strengthen field testing and validation, enhance research and engineering capabilities, and accelerate deployments across defence and dual-use sectors.
Founded in November 2024 by Om Rana, Ganesh Kashyap, Prakash Ramachandra, and Shridhar YB, Zoppler Systems develops radio frequency (RF) sensing technologies and an AI-driven autonomy platform designed to improve decision-making across complex operational environments.
Its flagship Edge AI-enabled mission intelligence platform features an open, vendor-independent architecture that integrates with existing defence infrastructure, allowing legacy systems to gain advanced sensing, autonomous decision-making, and intelligent response capabilities without requiring costly hardware replacement. By modernising existing assets rather than replacing them, the company aims to reduce deployment costs while accelerating the adoption of next-generation autonomous technologies.
The platform supports both localised and networked autonomy, enabling airborne, ground, naval, and future space-based assets to exchange real-time intelligence, coordinate operations, and respond more effectively in dynamic mission scenarios. Its interoperable architecture is designed to allow systems from multiple vendors to operate through a unified intelligence layer, improving operational efficiency across defence networks.
Beyond military applications, Zoppler is targeting dual-use opportunities across critical infrastructure, airports, ports, energy facilities, industrial operations, logistics, and homeland security, where AI-powered situational awareness, RF sensing, and autonomous decision support can enhance safety, monitoring, and operational resilience.
