Data Science Wizards raises $5 Mn in pre-Series A funding

Enterprise AI startup Data Science Wizards (DSW) has raised $5 million in a pre-Series A funding round backed by angel investors.

According to the company, the newly raised capital will support continued product development, the expansion of its presence in North America, the growth of its engineering and customer success teams, stronger strategic alliances, and wider enterprise adoption of its UnifyAI OS platform.

Established in 2019 by Pritesh Surendra Tiwari, Sandhya Oza, Sandeep Khuperkar, and Shivam Thakkar, DSW offers UnifyAI OS, an enterprise AI operating system built to help businesses create, integrate, deploy, govern, monitor, and manage AI and agentic AI applications through a single operating framework.

The platform is designed for enterprises and highly regulated industries, enabling organizations to deploy AI while retaining control over governance, security, interoperability, data ownership, and the long-term management of their AI infrastructure.

As enterprises increasingly look to implement AI across multiple business functions, maintaining compliance, governance, interoperability, and operational control has become a key challenge. DSW addresses these requirements through UnifyAI OS by providing a centralized operating layer that streamlines the development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and operation of AI and agentic AI workloads.

The company currently serves clients across the banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), and public sectors. Its competitive landscape includes Palantir, Dataiku, DataRobot, H2O.ai, C3 AI, and SAS Viya.
