Cybersecurity Startup Satark AI Raises Pre-Seed Funding at $4 Mn Valuation Cap

India-based cybersecurity startup Satark AI has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round at a valuation cap of $4 million through convertible notes from angel investors.

The Ahmedabad-based company had earlier secured funding in the same round from Infynno Solutions at a $3 million valuation cap in October last year.

According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to run structured pilots with enterprise-grade and growth-stage companies. These pilots aim to validate the platform’s impact on security operations as well as executive decision-making.

Founded in June 2025 by Rutvij Vora, along with Hitaishu Vora and Kaivashin Sethna, Satark AI is building what it calls an Autonomous Cyber Intelligence Platform. The platform is designed to go beyond traditional security dashboards by enabling decision-driven intelligence, replicating and augmenting the role of Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and governance teams.

One of its key capabilities is reducing operational noise by converting thousands of security alerts into a smaller set of context-driven business risk decisions. The platform also leverages AI and large language models (LLMs) to enable dynamic compliance automation, mapping asset-level controls while integrating real-time threat intelligence.

Built on an agentic architecture, Satark AI’s system uses multiple intelligent agents to manage areas such as risk, compliance, policy, and governance, while maintaining human oversight for accountability.

Despite being a young startup, Satark AI has already begun establishing a global footprint, with early partnerships and customers in markets such as the UK and Spain.

In addition to its core cybersecurity platform, the startup is also developing specialised AI-driven tools across areas like fraud detection for banks and fintechs, deepfake protection, and AI-powered legal and emergency response systems.
